Onboarding
Your developer gets access to your tools, codebase, and communication channels. We set up project tracking, establish check-in cadence, and ensure a smooth start from day one.
Development & Check-ins
Active development begins with daily async updates and weekly demos. You always know where the project stands. No surprises, no black boxes — just transparent, steady progress.
Delivery & Review
Completed work goes through QA, code review, and user acceptance testing. We deliver production-ready code with documentation. You review, we iterate until it is right.
Ongoing Support
After launch, we provide 30 days of bug-fix support as standard. Need continued development or a retainer? We scale with you. Your developer already knows the codebase.
